This could go two ways; he’s either just now a soldier again and makes his money this way, they let him talk about outdated stuff that A rat is a rat but in Franzese's defense (just playing devils advocate here) it seems like he only talks about stuff that already happened and it's not like he's testifying. Regardless, spewing to the media is some fink shit so I'd consider him a rat.
